Dogs for Better Homes involves the donation of a percentage of my personal commission to any animal charity that is designated by my client.
Here's how it works:

5% of Commission |
| $100,000 to $299,999 |
10% of Commission |
| $300,000 to $499,999 |
15% of Commission |
| $500,000 to $699,999 |
20% Commission |
| $700,000 & Up |
25% Commission |
The donation is made at the time of closing with my personal check and a Certificate of Appreciation is given to the Client. The client's name is referenced in both the donation check and with the client's permission will be shown on the Dogs for Better Homes website.
